If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
